Purchased a truck from them last week. The staff was great. The financial lady had everything ready when I got there and it only took about 15 min to complete the sale. We could not make it there before they closed so they stayed over a few minutes to finish the deal. From the Salesman to the owner great service. Bobby and Casey are gods angels on earth. If it weren’t for them having faith in me giving me a chance when the bank said there’s nothing else they can do Bobby says oh yes there is get u a co-signer. So I did now I’m the proud owner of a Toyota Camry 2016. I suggest 216auto for all your car needs. If you don’t it’s your loss

Ok so I’ll start by telling my story. Was out on work one day servicing the coal mines. Drove out for lunch and noticed this beautiful f250 across the road. Got done eating and rode over to take a glance. Needless to say I bought it three days later! Dealt with some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I just picked up a 2015 F250 Platinum from them. They're really straight forward people. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The truck had a few scratches and they told me about them and pointed them out before we even got to the truck so they're not trying to hide anything. I had a really good deal with them.
